We want you to love your ILoveDooney purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Please note that a standard shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund total.

Return Process

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your leather goods in the original packaging, ensuring all protective tissue and dust bags are included.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
